Returns are accepted only under the conditions specified below. The company reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
Conditions for Product Returns
1. Incorrect Item Delivered
- Customers can request a return by calling 02-101-4222 or emailing sept.d9@gmail.com during business hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays).
- The company will verify the order and shipping details to process the return request.
- Once approved, the company will coordinate with a shipping service to collect the product. Customers will be notified one day in advance and again on the day of collection.
- Customers must prepare the product for return in its original, complete, and undamaged condition as received.
- Refunds will be processed according to the payment method used within 15-30 days.
2. Damaged or Opened Packaging Before Receipt

Customers can refuse to accept the product from the delivery service if the packaging is damaged, torn, or opened before receipt. Please take photos and record details as evidence.

Notify the company immediately on the day of delivery by calling 02-101-4222 or emailing sept.d9@gmail.com to report the refusal.

If payment has already been made, the company will refund the product cost, including shipping fees (if applicable), within 15-30 days.

- The original receipt
- A copy of the front page of the bank account (book bank) with a certified true copy signature (for cash payments)
